ForMedrixAI LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit formedrix.ai (the “Site”), what we do today, and what we expect to change as PathScribe moves toward general availability.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide. If you use the “Request a Demo” form or email us (including at our contact and careers addresses), we receive the details you include: your name, email address, organization, the services you are interested in, and your message. If you email us about employment, we also receive anything you attach, such as a résumé.
• Technical data handled by our hosting provider. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the Site, and it may keep logs of this information. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy. We may view aggregate traffic and performance statistics provided by Cloudflare, but we do not use them to identify or track individual visitors or for marketing.

2. How the Demo Request Form Works

When you select “Send request,” the Site opens a pre-filled message in your device’s email app, addressed to our contact address. Nothing is submitted to us until you send that email. Your name, email address, and message are then handled as ordinary email, and your email provider may also process them under its own privacy policy.

Please do not include patient information or other protected health information in any inquiry. The Site is not designed to receive it.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Respond to your inquiries, demo requests, or employment inquiries.
• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
• Send administrative or transactional follow-ups related to your request.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Our Site does not currently set advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies, and does not load third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may use technical or security measures, which can include cookies, that are necessary to deliver and protect the Site. If we add analytics or any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.

5. Sharing & Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business (for example, website hosting and email), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Our service providers may process data only to perform services for us.

6. Retention

We do not yet have a formal data retention schedule; we are developing one. In the meantime, we keep inquiry emails and related information only as long as needed to respond to you, to maintain reasonable business records, and to meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your Rights” below), and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

7. International Transfers

ForMedrixAI LLC is based in the United States and works with an affiliated team in India. Information you send us may be accessed or stored in the United States, India, or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your location.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children

The Site is intended for professionals and organizations and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Where We Are Headed

PathScribe is in development and is not yet generally available. As the Site and our products grow, we expect to add some of the following:

• Privacy-respecting website analytics to understand how the Site is used.
• A hosted contact or demo-request form that sends submissions directly to us, instead of through your email app.
• Customer accounts or a portal for PathScribe and our software services.
• A cookie notice and preference controls, where required.
• A formal data retention policy.

Customer data processed within PathScribe, including any protected health information, is not covered by this Site policy. It will be governed by separate agreements with our customers, such as business associate and data processing agreements, along with applicable laws like HIPAA and GDPR. We will update this policy, and its effective date, before any of the changes above take effect.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be noted on this page.
